Mechanical & Electrical works start at Redhouse project

Redhouse Interchange is a 200 acre Distribution and Office and leisure Park with an end value in the region of £120 million.

The site at junction 38 (A1/M) is located approximately 7 miles northwest of Doncaster Town Centre, South Yorkshire. It is strategically located to service the local, regional and national markets via its proximity to the north of England’s motorway network and the North Eastern sea ports.

To date, in excess of 2 million square feet has been developed for occupiers including B&Q, Asda and DFS.

An 18 acre plot remains on the Distribution Park, capable of accommodating in excess of 300,000 sq.ft. and which is available on a design and build basis.

Chase Park, the office and leisure element of the site comprises existing business units together with a McDonalds Fast Food restaurant and an existing plot with detailed planning consent for hotel use. At present 5.25 acres remain at Chase Park, suitable for design and build packages falling within use classes B1, B2 and B8.
