Greenland Road Project

This Project comprised of a total of 188,750 sq ft across nine acres. 

The project transformed a former B&Q retail warehouse and surrounding land. Four new industrial units and a trade counter were created through a combination of refurbishment and new build property. Formula One Autocentre, Wormsley and Costa Coffee have already been secured for the trade scheme.

Ecogise Electrical Ltd were responsible for the Electrical Design & installation.
